The story very long, and still not over, even thought it has been about 8 weeks for a bedroom set that we were told when we ordered it was ready in NJ to ship to MI, still no delivery yet, but don't take it from me, look at BBB, 184 reviews and 131 complaints, we tried to cancel the order so many times and everytime we got a promise they will do something and take care of the problem, that was a mistake on my part to believe any of that. im a business owner that sell products nationwide, if i had that bad of record at the BBB i should go out of busines. Last week I even spoke to someone at the company who claim that he was an owner, his response was, it not his company fault, even though he acknowledged, the bed room set was in NJ 8 weeks ago, he said he has no control of manufacture or the fright company, i did suggest to him to put thst line on his website so the consumer can be aware of this BS, on top of all we just recently got informed that bedroom set that arrived in MI on the 20th and still not delivered, the chest is damage, so after 8 weeks, we will get a damage set and have to wait few weeks to get a replacement, all customers service people we spoke with time after time were trained to say that we don't understand why problems like this take place, my business import from china on regular bases, 2 to 3 containers each month, it take from the time i replace the order to the time i get in mi, less than 7 weeks, if i knew this BS was going to take place, i would had order it from china, pay less than half the price and get it faster, if you are reading this review and thinking about ordering or have order with this company, be aware
