Ordered a piece over 7 weeks ago.Paid an extra $125 for white glove delivery.

Twice now delivery has not happened as scheduled by the carrier A&O because the truck broke down. Perhaps they should have more reliable trucks. So far, One Stop has done nothing to help. Twice we have sat home from work, and the second time we did not even get a call about the cancellation.

Do not buy from this company as they do not take responsibility for their agents. Their lack of customer service is unacceptable.

They should arrange for a truck to be rented to complete the promised delivery.Have now been on hold for over 15 minutes with One Stop.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
