I received my furniture yesterday which was left in my front yard and when I got home and opened the boxes one of my night stands was broken. I called this morning and spoke to Isaac who identified himself as the manager.
He told me there’s no parts to fix it and he’ll give me $25 off and deal with it and if I dispute the charges we will not win. I told him the furniture was just received and he told me because I sent him a picture with it in my house that he’s going to say it was delivered into my house and not left outside.Well that’s fine I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this.
