MY ORDER #8311091

When I placed my order for the North Shore Double Pedestal Dining Room Set, on 15 Jan., 2018 and instead of the Buffet in this Collection, I negotiated a deal and ordered and paid for the China Buffet. I have tried on numerous occasions to email and call both Customer Service and the Sales Office, asking for this to be clarified and each told me that the other needed to fix this.

In the meantime, the wrong item is ordered and my dining room order is at a standstill and nothing has been done to fix the problem. I do not know what else to do. Before I realized this mistake, and I thought everything was OK, I placed another order for other items, but this one seem alright but if this initial one does not get resolved soon, then I want to cancel both of them and get all of my money refunded.
