Been waiting exactly six weeks now with still no end in sight. Finally spoke to a rep who said last week the furniture was in route to the carrier.

Being in a carrier based industry our product takes days to deliver once it has left the factory.

We’re going on a week now since having spoken to a rep who confirmed “it was en route to the carrier”. Still haven’t heard from them.
