However, we are in the furniture business and unfortunately damage can occur from time to time. I’m showing we went ahead and ordered you the replacement mechanism for your lift top cocktail table which will be sent directly to your home. We stand by our products and you will not be charged for the redelivery of any previously damaged products. Contacted 1 stop bedrooms over 3 weeks ago regarding a manufacturer defect. They requested we submitt a claim and we did so.

It has now been over 2 weeks and NO RESPONSE!

This company has *** poor comunications with their customers. BEWARE!
