Hi, we were not at home when our bedroom furniture arrived a little more than a week ago. After arriving home this week, we carefully inspected the pieces and found large cracks on each one.
We sent an email with a photo and have been calling your 800 number the past 4 days. We waiting on hold today for over 1 hour and never spoke to a live agent. We paid $3000+ for this furniture and are excited to be furnishing a new music studio. The furniture is clearly damaged as this is not a "distressed look".
Please see the attached photo. We would like a replacement or our money promptly refunded via PayPal.
