The description and photos for all of our products listed online are taken directly from the manufacturers catalog. Pictures of furniture may vary in color from the products you receive due to differences in lighting conditions of photographs or computer monitor resolution. Furniture may look different in your home than in pictures, as furniture is photographed in sunny, bright rooms. We display the most accurate images available on our website available to us. I have went ahead and requested that the manufacture update their catalog and description to better represent the product listed. We hope you will accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you experienced with our company.

They are not kidding when they say 8 weeks delivery on a bedroom set.We ordered a bedroom set that was labeled Natural Grey Lacquer.

The photo on their website looked like a dark grey colored bedroom set. Well, 8 weeks after placing order, it arrived in a wonderful dark brown/espresso color. The only part that was grey lacquered was the top of the dresser and night stands and it was almost white. the customer service by the "acting" manager was absolutely horrible and said they would take it back for a 30% restocking fee (on a 3K+ purchase).

There was no 100% satisfaction guarantee and the bedroom is listed in the product description as a "wench" color. Please choose another company that offers 100% satisfaction and does not hide behind fine print that says "we are not responsible for any color discrepancies". That just shows the company has no idea what they are selling. The customer service manager would not budge and is color blind.

WE got ripped off.

We ended up reselling on craigs list for very close to what we paid.Shame on us for trusting these NJ crooks.
